If you are feeling stuck with traditional therapy and looking for fast pace transformative work, a therapeutic intensive may be right for you. Intensives provide accelerated progress and are affective for addressing relationship issues, trauma recovery, severe mental health symptoms and depth psychology.
Your intensive schedule can be customized to fit your needs. Weekly sessions typically run for 75 minutes, rather than the traditional 50 minute therapeutic hour.
