At the edge of our defining moments
as we reach for our inherent wisdom
a landscape of infinite possibility opens
to therapy we go, to know ourselves

I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy, offering virtual sessions for anyone in California.
I offer highly collaborative and attuned psychotherapy for adults, couples, families and teenagers. Driven by my education, training and personal journey, I specialize in supporting clients through trauma recovery, relationship challenges, parenting and fertility issues.
Whether you are unraveling the impacts of trauma, feeling stuck at a crossroads, navigating unmet needs, or simply needing emotional support, I will walk alongside you with non-judgmental warmth, bringing clarity while challenging you to uphold your personal wisdom.
I truly love being a therapist and take great care to provide personalized and focused attention to your unique story.

My primary training is in Gestalt Therapy and my work is informed by Somatics, Internal Family Systems and Attachment Theory.
What does this mean?
We will do more than sit and talk about your past. We will pay attention to how stress lives in your body (Somatics), explore the different, conflicting parts of your mind (IFS), and map your relationship patterns (Attachment Theory) to help you regain your vitality.
